Moving the pointer from a row onto the button floating over it left the row hovered: the document under a floating overlay was not walked at all while the pointer was inside it, so every click catcher it had kept whatever state it was last told. Walk it with no pointer instead. Everything under the floating child learns the pointer has gone, nothing arms, and the floating child still gets the press. The overlay node no longer hands its content to the interaction walk that reaches it through the tree, only to the pass that walks floating overlays, so its content is visited once rather than twice - the second visit was disarming the button the first had armed. Its focusables were being collected twice for the same reason. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01MBQJGiJxUECw86CYG9JZNk
