# GitCafe — Your code. All together.

Git hosting, code review, and stacked pull requests. Use it on its own, or keep it in sync with GitHub. Work in the browser or with the Cafe CLI.

## See the whole change.

Browse files, compare diffs, and leave feedback alongside the code.

[Browse the Ashlar repository](https://staging.git.cafe/versecafe/ashlar).

## Keep big changes reviewable.

Build on an open pull request. Review each change separately, then merge the stack in order.

## With GitHub, or without it.

Import from GitHub and keep code, issues, and pull requests in sync, one way or both.

[Import from GitHub](https://staging.git.cafe/import/github), or see [what syncs](https://staging.git.cafe/docs/integrations/github-sync.md).

## GitCafe, from your terminal.

Manage repositories, issues, and pull requests with the Cafe CLI. Add agent skills to give your coding assistant the same workflow.

```sh
bun install -g @gitcafe/cli
export CAFE_HOST="https://staging.git.cafe/api"
cafe auth login
cafe auth http setup
```

Logins are stored per host, so keep `CAFE_HOST` set for later commands. The CLI's built-in default is git.cafe, where this setting can be omitted.

From your local repository:

```sh
cafe pr create
```

Optional: install coding agent skills.

```sh
cafe skills install
```
